Talent Attraction Denmark continues our international recruitment campaigns to attract foreign specialists to Denmark. The aim of these campaigns are to expose the sectors, the academic and professional business clusters, Danish work culture, the companies and the specific jobs in Denmark .

In spring we work with the below core sectors:

  • Complement your company's own recruitment
    The campaigns are intended to be a supplement to your own recruitment as they target the 'passive' job seekers . Via communication channels such as university alumni network, professional journals, professional member organizations, conferences, LinkedIn, etc. we can demonstrate that Denmark has exciting career opportunities within the above sectors towards a particularly relevant recruitment segment.

    Free of charge
    The campaigns run between March to June and again from September to December. Participation is free of charge for your company when signing a 'de minimis' declaration.*
    The only requirements are that your company has one (or more) open jobs within Cleantech, ICT and Life Science, is open to hire international candidates and the vacancies are posted in English. Sign up now and benefit from the entire campaign period.

    *What is De minimis:
    State aid from EU(e.g. in the form of free service) below 1.5 mil DKK. (200.000 EUR) granted to a private company over a period of three years. The project therefore uses a 'de minimis' declaration to handle state aid.

    International recruitment campaigns

    Talent Attraction Denmark's campaign trail is about revealing the career opportunities that exist in Denmark to relevant target recruitment audiences outside Denmark. The international marketing campaigns are targeted at highly-skilled and knowledgeable international employees with the professional skills that the businesses require.

    The campaigns create value by complementing the companies' own recruitment strategy. The targets may, for instance, be 'passive' jobseekers who are not actively seeking a new job or visiting job websites where vacancies are often placed, with the result that they can be difficult for companies to get in touch with. We are working with alumni networks, professional journals, professional organizations, LinkedIn, professional conferences, etc., all depending on the campaign's focus.
